Steps to order a custom portrait
Decide on the portrait commission details (size, number of subjects, date of delivery) and place an order in my shop (pay now or pay on delivery);
The customer sends high quality photos on email or WhatsApp;
The portrait is painted from the reference photos;
After finishing the portrait, you will receive via email or WhatsApp photos of the finished artwork;
If no changes are to be made the portrait is prepared for shipping;
Delivery times
The delivery time for a portrait commission is usually 3-5 working days for Romania (including 1-2 working days for shipping) and up to 2 weeks for international orders (longer during holidays). However, delivery times may be extended during busy periods, such as before Christmas or Valentine’s Day. It is best to ask before ordering what are the current delivery times.
If it is truly urgent, the portrait can be painted in my personal time (evenings, on holidays, and during weekends) for an additional cost. While it will be completed urgently, it will not be rushed.
