Return Policy
1. Satisfaction Guaranteed
I strive for complete customer satisfaction with every portrait commission. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your portrait to discuss your concerns if you are not satisfied with the final artwork for any reason.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are eligible if the artwork does not meet the agreed specifications or if the artwork is damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Return Process
Contact Us: Please email us at srs.creative.srs@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your portrait, explaining the reason for your return request and sending relevant photos if applicable.
Approval: Your request will be reviewed and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.
Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval of your refund or replacement (painting another portrait). If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 working days, and replacements will be arranged promptly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made portraits that have been approved and accepted by the customer are not eligible for returns unless the artwork is damaged upon arrival.
